my reservation and deposit policy
I will take reservations over the phone, but these are not set in stone until I receive a deposit.
I will give a 7 day period from the time you tell me you are sending a deposit and if not received in that time I will re-book your house with the next person in line.
for those who have said they were sending a deposit and have not get a hold of me a.s.a.p.
if you have not received a notice from me stating that I have received your deposit, you should assume that I have not gotten it yet and get a hold of me right away if there is a problem.
I have emailed ALL of the people that have sent me a deposit.
I am patient and understanding especially since I am new at this and will be working out the bugs as I go, but buisness is buisness and I need to reschedule indecisive bookings.

thank you for your understanding. I would like to offer a 15% discount for renters who bring their kids along for a weekend. We love kids and believe they are the future of the outdoor sports. We have to take care of them now. It wont be long and they will be wiping our butts. I don't know about the rest of you, but I want mine to look back whilst doing the deed with fond memories of great outings on the lake, or I might find myself being hosed down with a high pressure washer from a great distance!
